General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the home page to book a cleaning appointment.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies are included in the price given, the only things we don’t include are toilet brushes and garbage bags.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer estimate sheet.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You will be charged the day of your cleaning.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACT?

No, you can cancel  your services without any penalties, we simply ask that you provide a two weeks notices. You don’t have to commit to any contracts.

Cleaning Questions

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

We have a variety of eco friendly products  and a wide variety of products that you can choose from. We are also flexible to use certain products that you prefer for certain areas of your home. However, we ask home owners to provide a toilette brush; it’s more sanitary for our employee and also for your family. If you don’t have one we can supply one at the cost of 15.00$ plus tax, if on cleaning day you don’t have a toilet brush unfortunately we won’t be able to clean your toilet We also ask that you to provide garbage bags, so all trash can me remove on cleaning day to ensure a Splendid Cleaning from our maids.

 

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services;

-weekly cleaning

-one-time cleaning

-move-in and move-out cleaning.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
